Main Parts
This transverse shearing line mainly consists of hydraulic feeding car, decoiler, hydraulic lead feeder, rough straightening machine, transition workbench, correction institution, leveling unit, shear, palletizing platform, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and so on. At the same time, our company can configure bead cutter, slitting cutter and side wire rolling machine to obtain a four-trimming board or the slitting shear along the length of the steel plate. The cut-to-length production line adopts British Eurotherm DC digital control system for control. This transverse shearing line features high degree automatization, good leveling quality, high shearing precision, high production efficiency, stable and reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

The feeding, leveling, shearing and stacking of this medium plate cut-to-length production line are automatically adjusted. This cutting equipment adopts PLC control technology and touch screen as the human-computer interface. Operators can input the dimension and number of sheets. Besides, the touch screen can set the feeding speed and manual or automatic control. The feeding length and number can also be fixed.
