Operation

• Before operation, rotate hand wheels on the both sides of the lower roll to adjust the gap between the top roll and the lower roll and ensure the gap is equal to the thickness of the coiled material.  
• When we use this asymmetrical plate rolling machine for rolling materials, we should put materials into the side roller for pre-bending.
• When using the mechanical plate bending machine, operators must control the rolling diameter, side roll and the distance between the upper roll and the lower roll.
• In order to take out the finished products, users should pull out the lower roller handle to the outside.
