• Place grease where there are grease fittings once a month. This can be beneficial to bearing's lubrication.
• Pay attention to the cleaning of roller surface. Welding slag, short sheet metal or other things are prohibited to fall into the gap between rollers so as to avoid damaging leveling roller of this four-high roller straightening machinery (four-high leveling machine).
• After long-term use, users should remember to check whether there are loose screw nuts. If there are, use wrench to screw them tightly.

Users need to establish safety awareness when operating the four-high roller straightening machinery. Pay attention to personal safety as follows.

• Operators must be far away from any rotating parts. When the feeding materials are sent into the four-high leveling machine, please remember to stay far form rollers. Clothes and hands are also forbidden to be too near to the machine. If the rotating speed suddenly increases, operators are prohibited to pin down the plate strongly so as to avoid involving in the machine.
• When checking, maintaining or refueling, operators must ensure that the power supply of this roller straightening machinery has been cut off.
• When operators work on the operation panel, they require coordination with feeding personnel. If runaway phenomenon appears, turn off the power supply of the four-high leveling machine immediately.
