Introduction
Impuls 6020 series steel laser cutter is a powerful cutting machine for heavy-duty applications. It is applicable for the sheet with the maximum size 6000 mm × 2000 mm. This kind of CNC laser cutter is designed for medium carbon steel plates with the thickness up to 25 mm, aluminum plates with the thickness up to 15 mm, as well as stainless steel with the thickness up to 20 mm.
Characteristics
1. Impuls 6020 series steel laser cutter adopts a standard configuration with two shuttle tables, so that operators are allowed to load or unload sheets on one table while the machine is processing parts on the other table.
2. NC focus control is applied to realize rapid changeover and cutting optimization.
3. This type of CNC laser cutter is equipped with a unique constant beam length system, which eliminates divergence of the beam, so as to ensure identical cutting results over the entire cutting area. What’s more, excellent edge quality at optimal speed is available in this way.
