HGS(K) Series Hydraulic Guillotine Shears
Introduction
HGS (K) series guillotine shearing machines applies modern design with its frame designed by UG software. These hydraulic squaring shears are mainly used for cutting metal sheet. Due to whole welded structure, they have a frame with good strength and stiffness. This type of sheet metal guillotine is equipped with stable and reliable integrated hydraulic system which ensures safety and reliability. In addition, centralized button control station contributes to easy operation.
Characteristics
1. HGS (K) series hydraulic squaring shear adopts unique turret structure of three idler rollers guiding the rail. The former pre-pressing lead rail makes the turret be tightly between the upper rail and the lower rail and continually repeat reciprocating action.
2. These guillotine shearing machines are equipped with integrated hydraulic system. The hydraulic components and seals inside are mainly made by world-famous companies. In this way, hydraulic pipelines have been minimized to the least degree, so as to ensure stability and safety.
3. All the installation sizes of hydraulic components and seals strictly meet with the ISO and DIN standards.
4. Those hydraulic squaring shears adopts a blade clearance quick adjustment device, which is used to adjust blades gap and the value is shown on a dial plate. Users had better choose the reasonable blades gap based on the materials’ thicknesses and properties.
5. Our guillotine shearing machines allow for shear angle adjustment so as to ensure that the material distortions could be reduced to the minimum degree.
6. The hydraulic squaring shear also have the feature of concise outline and graceful shape.
7. This series of shearing machines offers simple operation, convenient maintenance and reliable regulation.
