Introduction
As a professional metal sheet bending center supplier in China, we provide customers with CNC cutting and bending machine with a super large size working surface. The cutting center is characterized by flexibility, full automation, high-precision as well as high-efficiency. In addition to high rigidity and strength, our cutting center can offer better shearing accuracy than other cutting forms. It can also compensate the deformation caused by release of residual stress in the materials. As the CNC cutting and bending machine is able to automatically complete the process of loading, feeding, lateral shearing, principle shearing, dragging material, ejection of compact and stowing, it’s possible for just one person to operate the metal sheet bending center.
1. High working efficiency
Our CNC cutting and bending machine features in high working efficiency. Equipped with the suction conveyor, the loading machine can complete quadrilateral shearing simultaneously. That is to say, it takes at most 3 minutes to complete one single working cycle, which is two to three times quicker than the traditional technology. Our CNC cutting and bending center improves 50% efficiency and saves at least 80% labor cost.
2. High processing precision
These CNC cutting and bending machines offer high processing precision. The length of every work piece shearing accuracy is at most ±1 mm, the error of diagonals cut at most 2 mm and the length of straightness at most 1mm. It meets the national precision grade of the highest standard.
3. High degree of automation
The production line sets mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, vacuum system, CNC system, flexible manufacturing system, two-dimensional material conveying robot and automatic system as one system.

Features
This kind of cutting center is equipped with a stock machine for feeding, a stacking machine for discharging as well as lateral shear.

This CNC cutting and bending center is mainly composed of stocking machine, acetabula feeding machine, front feeding machine, lateral shear, main shear, back feeding machine and back stacking discharging machine (shown below).
2. 13 mm × 10000 mm metal sheet bending center

Major dispositions
The CNC cutting and bending machine is regularly constituted by stocking machine, acetabula feeding machine, front feeding machine, sheet tipper, lateral shear, main shear, back feeding machine and back stacking discharging machine (shown below).
3. 25 mm × 12000 mm cutting center
Features
The 25 mm × 12000 mm cutting machine is equipped with a stock machine for feeding, a stacking machine for discharging, but without lateral shear.
Major dispositions
The CNC cutting and bending machine mainly consists of stocking machine, acetabula feeding machine, front feeding machine, main shear, back feeding machine and back stacking discharging machine (shown below).
4. 14 mm × 16000 mm cutting center
Features
The 14 mm × 16000 mm metal sheet bending center has the feature of decoiler machine and front rollers for feeding, and back rollers for discharging.
Major dispositions
The major dispositions of the CNC cutting and bending machine include decoiler machine, front rollers, front feeding machine, main shear, back stacking discharging machine and back rollers (shown bellow).
