A press brake is a kind of bending machine for sheet and plate material. By clamping the workpiece between a matching punch and die, a press brake forms predetermined bends.

1. Reliable ZZgroup Hydraulic System

The hydraulic block with some hoses and connections are produced by ZZgroup. The regulating circuit adopts extremely reliable and precise REXROTH or VICKERS or BOSCH valves. There is also a low sound pump and a large oil tank. On oil filter is an oil level and temperature gauge. Due to double-acting cylinders, high safety and reliability is ensured.

2. Electrical Control:

The electrical control system is located on the left-hand side of the machine and it is a switch cabinet. Main electrical components strictly conform to the DIN or ISO standard. The machine is fitted with many Telemecanique components. These components have overload protection mechanism and are available all over the world.

3. Front Support:

ZZgroup model PPT (K) and HPB (K) press brakes offer the standard simple front support. More front supports are available to satisfy customers’ specific requirements.

4. Safety Device:

ZZgroup machines are designed to meet with the health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive. Additionally, they can provide customers with a range of optional safe devices according to customers’ specific requirements and local safety requirements such as safe photoelectric protection.

5. Gauge Finger & Back Gauge:

The gauge bar on the back gauge can realize micrometrical vertical adjustment by hand wheel. Both simple gauge fingers and gauge heads can be received by it.
NC control X-axis is used for positioning. Either manual adjustment in mechanical readout or motorized adjustment in LED display is available.

6. Tooling:

Before undergo machining for exceptional wear resistance, ZZgroup press brakes tooling has been fully heat-treated. In order to meet special requirements of each customer, all kinds of punches and dies for different machines are optional.
