Introduzione
Impuls 40（30）series laser cutting machine is designed for heavy plate fabrication. This kind of CNC laser cutter can be applied in fabricated plate work, steel service center and other industries which require heavy fabrication. It can also be used to process plates with the maximum width of 3 meters, and it’s the largest sheet carrying capacity in the industry. Additionally, our laser cutting machine is suitable for medium carbon steel with the thickness up to 25mm, aluminum plates with the thickness up to 15mm, as well as stainless steel with the thickness up to 20mm.
Characteristics
1. Impuls 40（30）series laser cutting machine is equipped with constant beam length system ,which ensures consistent cutting over the entire cutting area.
2. This type of CNC laser cutter allows multiple plates processing, and the worktable can support up to 16 sheets of 3 m × 1.5 m material at one time. In this way, efficiency has been improved by shortening loading and unloading time of each sheet, although processing time increases.
3. Z-axis travels as far as 280 mm, making it convenient to cut pre-formed parts.
4. Our company supply a laser cutting machine suite with subproducts tooling machine selected from LVD company, CNC system and laser source from Fanuc company, motor drive, etc.
